We produce plastic mouldings by method of a vacuum moulding on 12 presses for vacuum moulding, with maximum moulding area 2 x 2 meters with tensile height up to 730 mm. Production of parts by method of line folding with up 3 meters max length of bend. Gluing and ultrasound welding of plastics.

Used materials: ABS, ABS/PMMA, PSH, PE, PVC, PMMA, PET G. The surface of the mouldings is smooth, gloss, opaque or with a design. Picture: moulding 2000 x 2000 mm from material Plexi 5 mm for a totem-pole of OMV petrol stations.
